Mayroyd Mill House is a spacious 4 bedroom house, with 2 bathrooms, 2 sitting rooms and large kitchen with an Aga. There is dining space in the kitchen and one of the sitting rooms.<\/p>\n
Ground floor.<\/p>\n
The two sitting rooms offer socialising and relaxing spaces. They include one with sofa\u2019s, a wood burning stove and TV with freesat, and a second living rooms with quiet space, sofa\u2019s, table to sit at, and books. Some games are available for quiet times. There is a double sofa bed in one of the sitting rooms.<\/p>\n
The kitchen has an Aga, induction hob, and microwave with conventional oven for cooking. There is a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee pots, lots of cutlery and crockery. There is flexible tables and chairs in the kitchen. We offer all the recycling offered in Calderdale and provide for cans, glass, paper, compost and \u00a0plastics.<\/p>\n
The bedrooms and bathrooms are over two floors.<\/p>\n

Steps down from the car park lead to a large garden. You can sit outside, sketch the foliage and trees, and relax watching the river.<\/p>\n
In the garden is outside eating table, benches and chairs surrounded by delightful and dramatic planting all year round.<\/p>\n
